Development of Performance Evaluation Indicators for Table Grape Packaging Units

In order to improve the process management of table grape packaging, its performance should be evaluated. However, literature on evaluation indicators is scarce. To address this research gap, we propose a method for development packaging units, which are characterized by labor-intensive and highly seasonal production processes in agro-economic sector. The stages include following: contextualizing selecting objectives, techniques used indicators, applying units grapes. adopted aimed at cost, quality, flexibility, reliability, speed objectives were data envelopment analysis, principal component quantification batch, compliance with program within established deadline, measurement execution time respectively. results obtained case study demonstrate that correlations between do not indicate need disregard any them. Furthermore, standard deviation values each indicator similar. Thus, both confirm importance chosen packaging.
